I recorded most of this song in the 3rd bedroom at 1158 Northlake Drive in Auburn. At the time I didn't have a place to record drum tracks so I programmed a little drum loop instead so I could go ahead and track all of the guitars and vocals. After I recorded the actual drum track you hear in the song, I always wished I could go back and add the electronic drums back in. So, I guess that's what I did. Throughout most of the song the demo electronic drums are still in the mix. I know it was a boring story, but what else am I supposed to write here? Oh, and I wrote the words whilst sitting in the Jeep in the parking lot of Cumberland Mall in Atlanta.
lyrics
I've been watching you while you sleep - watching you while you dream and wondering what you see about me.
I've been waiting around - driving all over town looking for what I've found.
It sounds so easy now that you've had time to think about it.
What happens later on when you forget and go back on it?
